They go above and beyond and we are really grateful for them... We asked Local Property Team to be our Buyers Agent. They made renting out my property stress-free and simple, achieved a high rent, and obtained a tenant in the first viewing. The Team were very helpful at the outset when we were seeking a place to rent at short notice and their service since has been very courteous and efficient. We listed our property with Local Property Team and found them to be a thoroughly down to earth easy to communicate with type of people.
