These mylar balloons have loose confetti at the bottom and will stay clear in hot and humid conditions. The balloons have a side seam similar to the bubble balloons. $35 per balloon with helium, loose confetti, quality ribbon and balloon weight. Foil or paper tassels can be added for $2 each tassel. Add standard size balloons underneath in coordinating colours for extra fun. We deliver our balloons between 12pm-6pm Monday to Saturday.
