A peaceful escape from Miller Street's hustle and bustle, The Laneway Cafe offers shelter both inside and outside (there's a hidden courtyard). As at Sotto On West , you'll probably find a dog or two at a neighbouring table, so feel free to bring your own pooch.

Up on our roof at HQ, you’ll find our five busy bee hives which produce all the honey for our bakeries and the main production facility uses a ‘Closed Loop’ Organics 24hr Composter for all food scraps. A casual eatery that boasts an array of inexpensive Filipino barbecue and street food. Major Fun boasts a gigantic and fun-filled play space, with designated age-specific play areas for babies, toddlers and bigger kids. Using only the best sourced ingredients, and house-made elements, their philosophy is all about creating delicious food, at an affordable price.
Enter via a back laneway, where hotel lobby elevators will teleport you to two spacious terraces, with the kitchen and glowing woodfired hearth as the centrepiece. Located within one of the old  locomotive workshops, the huge dining room and bar has space for 720 inside and an outdoor beer garden for 190. You can expect to find 40 beers on tap including BrewDog's famous draught beers, guest tap takeovers, and collabs with local Sydney breweries too. The menu has been carefully curated by Jessi and former Chin Chin head chef Johann Jay, and caters to all dietaries.

Humm roasts its own coffee at a shared space in Alexandria; the beans are from  a wholesaler and are then blended, roasted and packed by the Humm team. While coffee is clearly the focus here, the food is excellent too. Our own selection of beans roasted weekly and ground to perfection in store. Fresh and healthy selection of cold pressed juiced. Casual Saturday brunch at the cafe guarantees a stellar weekend, and if you're in a fancy mood, the French-inspired restaurant's elegant lunch and dinner will take your weekend to the next level. Owner and executive chef Serge Dansereau serves a seasonal menu, with favourites such as seared scallops and pan-fried barramundi making an appearance, complemented by an extensive wine list. The new playground at St Ives Village Green opened in October 2022, and it’s definitely one of the best locations if you want lots of nearby coffee options or to do a spot of shopping. There’s plenty of free parking nearby, although it does get busy at different times, especially when there’s sport on the greens.
